The Spike Video Game Awards are just two days away. Most people don’t care about the actual awards, but just the announcements. Fortunately, I care about both.

Top 5 Songs That Should Be In Michael Jackson: The Experience

I recently purchased Michael Jackson: The Experience for the PlayStation 3 after being a fan of the late artist for many years (and admittedly becoming more of a fan after his death). But I noticed that some of the songs with the best dancing aren’t in the game but the ones that had absolutely no dance numbers are. So, I’ve put together a list of songs that I believe should be in the game.

What I Want To See in The Guitar Hero Reboot

Yes, it is indeed official: the Guitar Hero series is getting rebooted. It didn’t take long for Kotick to rethink his plans, but it is great to know the series hasn’t reached its ultimate demise just yet. Seeing as though it is clarified that no ‘Hero’ game will be released this year and no game announcements have been formally made yet, it is likely that we won’t see this anytime soon. However, that doesn’t mean that we can’t ask for what we want. Being a huge fan, fanboy if you must, of the ‘Hero’ franchise and music games in general, I am already sold. However, there are certain features and changes that I would like to be present in the next Guitar Hero game. Read on to see if anything matches what you want.

Sonic Through The Years

</object>

SEGA has compiled a video medley of their famed mascot, Sonic the Hedgehog. Starting with Sonic the Hedgehog and ending with the ever-so-promising Sonic Generations, take a look at Sonic’s evolution through the 20 years he’s been around. Could the theme music of “Live & Learn” be a hint that SEGA has learned from their mistakes? We will see when Sonic Generations hits stores later this year.

What I Want In Kingdom Hearts III

Kingdom Hearts III is right around the corner. Ok, not really. As far as we know, development hasn’t really begun. If anything, Nomura’s interview hints that it’s in the early planning stages. I’ve played all of the major Kingdom Hearts titles and here’s what I want in the the proper sequel.

What We Expect To See, Want To See And Don’t Want To See At E3 2011

With Sony and Nintendo having new hardware hitting the market at the end of the year and Microsoft hopefully making the Kinect more appealing to core gamers, E3 2011 is shaping up to be the biggest E3 in history. There will be a lot of wish granting and disappointing, so iGo Gaming takes a look at what we expect to see, want to see and don’t want to see at this year’s E3.

Link With Pokemon on April 13

pokeglobal

One of the features I have been looking forward to the most in Pokemon Black and White hasn’t seemed to make its way to Nintendo yet. Luckily, that is about to end. With Pokemon Global Link, you can sync your games to a PC, entering the dream world of one of your Pokemon. In that Dream World, you can befriend other Pokemon and harvest berries, all of which are transferable to Pokemon Black and White. You can also check battle ranks and the such with the Global Battle Union. All of this and more will appear when Pokemon Global Link launches on April 13. Be sure to check iGG for my impressions when it launches.
